(v) Nationality Bill definition of a British company. Action: HKD to submit a first draft list of British companies in Hong Kong.
(vi) Approved Secondment Scheme. Action: Mr Maude to write to Mr Lloyd; HKD to resubmit when the Bill goes to the House of Lords.
(vii) British Consulate General. Mr Maude would like to look again at the timescale of the procedure for taking this forward with ExCo, JLG, and the Land Commission, and at the question of when, and at what level, this should be raised with the Chinese. Action: HKD for advice.
