Under consideration by PA/ILO on whether consultation will be necessary in view of recent unofficial Chinese reactions.
Pending advice from PA/ILO on Point 1 under "Relevant Consideration" and advice from CCC Secretariat on Point 2. A consolidated Temporary Admission Convention with a new accession criterion will be up for adoption in the June Council of the CCC, after which HK will be eligible to sign in capacity as a member of the Council. The CCC is awaiting UN's reply on whether the accession criteria in other CCC Conventions can be interpreted in the same way.
