To facilitate bilingualism among senior officers, PSPG has endorsed training objectives, priorities, and implementation plans for further Chinese language training for the Administrative Service and departmental officers. D of Adm will prepare a paper for the Governor and then for ExCo's consideration. In the meantime, CSTC has proceeded with the endorsed training programmes.
