TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE CLAIMS FOR ALTENDANCE AT JLG XVI

1. I spoke to a member of your section last week about

submitting subsistence claims for those travelling from post

to attend the sixteenth Joint Liaison Group meeting in

London, 21-28 September inclusive.

I attach copies of form XE163 completed on behalf of

Mr Galsworthy, Mr Martin Mr Coates and Mr Leicester. I have retained the original forms so that further details and

costs can be filled on their arrival. Accommodation in

central London has been arranged.

3. I would be grateful if you could arrange for the appropriate amount of subsistence to be paid directly into

their bank accounts as soon as possible. I believe that

information about the individuals' bank accounts is held by

Finance Department.
