1. This is to confirm our earlier telephone conversation.

2.

I understand that HKD have now booked the India Office Council Chamber (IOCC) for the whole of next week

(24-28 September). On Wednesday 26 September, HKD will be required to vacate the IOCC at 1600. The room should on each day be arranged with a conference table in the centre and seating for 25 people. I should be grateful if you could also supply water jugs and glasses, small notepads, pencils and blotters for the conference table.

3. HKD have also booked the IOCC for a drinks party on the evening of Tuesday 25 September (from 1700 to 2000).

4. I understand that you will also be making the Locarno Room available for HKD's use on 25-28 September inclusive. The room should be laid out as shown in the diagram below. Again I should be grateful if you could supply water jugs and glasses, small notepads, pencils and blotters.
