Now that JLG XVI is over, I should like to thank you for making available to us the Locarno Room (when our original booking was taken over by the Emergency Unit). The room is most impressive. Please also thank your staff for their help. Despite a few panics, both rooms were set up in good order each day in time for the talks.

A small suggestion. We did find it inconvenient that the Locarno Room does not have a telephone. During meetings, if

we wanted to send messages we either had to impose on the occupants of the offices opposite for the use of their phone, or walk back to HKD. If a phone could be installed, it would make life a lot easier for those administering future meetings.
