1. I enclose material just received from the United Nations Treaty Section regarding declarations A and B. I have some doubt, however, whether this is exactly what you need, especially since these documents would already be available to NTD.
I have therefore written today to the UN Treaty Section asking for copies of the original notes from UKMIS to the UN making the declarations. In the past we have received such notes
(see my letter of 22 June about multilateral customs treaties).
