AND WHEREAS the said Convention was

signed for the Government of the United Kingdom

of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the

Twenty-seventh day of February, One thousand

Nine hundred and Sixty-two;

NOW THEREFORE the Government of the

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern

Ireland, having considered the Convention

aforesaid, hereby confirm and ratify the same

and undertake faithfully to perform and carry

out all the stipulations therein contained.

In witness whereof this Instrument of

Ratification is signed and scaled by Her

Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for

Foreign Affairs.
