I have the honour, on instructions from Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, to transmit to Your Excellency herewith the Instruments of Ratification by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of the Convention concerning Customs Facilities for Touring and the Additional Protocol relating to the Importation of Tourist Publicity Documents and Material, and the Customs Convention on the Temporary Importation of Private Road Vehicles, which were signed at New York between the 4th of June and the 31st of December, 1954.
These Instruments are forwarded to you for deposit in accordance with the terms of Articles 14 and 33, respectively, of the said Conventions, and of Article 8 of the said Protocol.
