Please refer to my letter to you of 9 July. I enclose copies of two letters we have received from HKG dlarifying who deals with these organisations.
2. In his letter of 29 June to Pamela Major, Wilson Fung suggests that you should forward routine papers on this subject direct to Mr Gordon Leung in Economic Services Branch, 2nd Floor, Main and East Wings, Central Government Offices, Hong Kong.
3. We are content for you to proceed in this way. On matters other than the routine business of these organisations we would of course wish to be involved as before and would continue to be your point of contact with Hong Kong.
