2. As you will see the most recent telegram (telno 804) was returned to us from EPD, and it appears that no action has been taken.
3. I should be most grateful if you could ensure that telno 804 (and the others, if necessary) find their way to the appropriate department, as we are unclear who deals with this subject. ODA are pressing us for an early reply.
