ARTICLE 14
OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND WRITTEN INFORMATION;
CONFIDENTIALITY
Title to all documents and written information and to all intellectual property contained therein of CGWIC or its Associates furnished to the Client by CGWIC or its Associates for the purposes of this Contract or any purpose associated with this Contract shall remain exclusively with CGWIC or with its Associates, as the case may require.

Each Party shall use the documents and written information supplied to it by the other Party or the other Party's Associates strictly for the purposes for which it is supplied namely to implement and perform this Contract.
This Contract and each part hereof and all documents and written information provided by one Party to the other shall be deemed as confidential. Except as provided in Paragraph 14.5 below, neither Party shall divulge this Contract or any part hereof or any documents and written information supplied to it by the other Party without the prior written consent of the other Party which it shall have full liberty to withhold.
To the extent necessary for the performance or enforcement of this Contract, each Party may disclose to its nominated Associates or insurers or potential insurers or insurance brokers or to any appropriate court or to the arbitrators selected pursuant to Article 23 hereof this Contract or any part hereof or any documents and written information received from the other Party provided that any Associates, insurers or brokers nominated to receive such documents or information have first agreed to be bound by the non-
