15. There shall be entered in
the register such particulars
of such space objects as
the Space Objects Authority considers appropriate to comply with the international obligations of Hong Kong as a dependent territory of the
United Kingdom.
16. If it appears to the Space
Objects Authority that an
activity is being carried
on by a person to whom this Ordinance applies
(a) without a licence
referred to in Section 6
above, or
(b) in contravention of the
conditions of the licence
referred to in Section 6
above,
