10. The Govenor in Council may make
regulations on any matter necessary for carrying this Ordinance into effect.

Transfer, variation, suspension or termination of
licence
11. A licence may be transferred
with the written consent of the Governor in Council and
in such other cases as may be prescribed in the licence.
12. The Governor in Council may
revoke, vary or suspend a licence with the consent of
the licensee or where it
appears to him -
(a) that a condition of
the licence or any regulation-made under the Ordinance has not been compiled with, or
Section 6 of the UK Outer Space
Act refers.
