As regards 7 (G), we need information on safety and damage arrangements as part of our technical assessment, which is an important element of our normal licensing procedure. will let you know what additional information we require after we have examined the information handed over by Tony Wong.
Further to 7 (D), we shall also need details of the financial structure and control of the consortium. Tony Wong agreed to provide this information.
