The PRC confirms that it accepts
With reference to para 4 of the note,
on International Liability for Damage responsibility under the Convention
Principles Governing the Caused by Space Objects 1972 and the Treaty on Principles Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and other Celestial Bodies 1967, for any and all damage, arising from the launch of the Asiasat satellite, until separation of the satellite from the launch vehicle. The PRC also indemnifies the UK against all claims which may
be made against the UK Government.
