THE DRAFT OUTER SPACE (HONG KONG) ORDER 1990

Problem

1.

The approval of a Foreign and Commonwealth Office Minister is required for the attached draft Order in Council to be submitted to the meeting of the Privy Council to be held on 14 March (for which papers have to be with the Privy Council Office by 5pm on Wednesday, 7 March).

Recommendation

2.

I recommend that Mr Maude should approve the draft Order. If he agrees, he should write the word "Approved" and sign his name in the place marked at the head of the draft.

3. The draft Order has been agreed with the Governor of Hong Kong and with SEND and Hong Kong Department.
