8. Safety and Damage Considerations

Is it planned that the space object or any part of it should re-enter the atmosphere or be recovered?

(If Yes, please give details)

Once the satellite deploys into orbit, it will not re-enter the atmosphere. 1st stage of the launch vehicle will fall into the China territory, 2nd stage of the launch vehicle will fall into Pacific Ocean. The 3rd stage of the launch vehicle will not re-enter the atmosphere.

Is it planned that any solid or ionizing or gaseous materials should be emittedfrom the space object other than as part of a normal propulsion or attitude and

orbit control system?

(If Yes, please give details)

The emitted material from the gatellite is used for normal orbit

control purpose only.

Will any laser be operated from the space object?

(If Yes, please give details)

No.

Will the space object carry any radioactive or nuclear material? (If Yes, please give details)

No.

Will the space object carry any form of animal life?

(If Yes, please give details)

No.

At what radio frequencies and at what powers will the space object transmit during its planned mission? Are there additional frequencies or transmit powers which can be invoked?

The satellite transmit band is from 3.7 to 4.2 GHz. The maximum

antenna gain towards earth le 30.3dBW. The maximum carrier power

and carrier power density at the antenne port is 7.4dBW and

-55.6dBW/Hz respectively.
