(a) in subsection (1) for the words "Secretary of State" there shall be substituted the words

"Governor in Council"; and

(b) subsection (2) shall be omitted.

(a) in subsection (2) for the words "the statutory minimum" there shall be substituted the

figure "$5000";

(b) in subsection (4) for the words "the United Kingdom" there shall be substituted the

words "Hong Kong"; and

(c) in subsection (6) for the words "the United Kingdom" there shall be substituted the

words "Hong Kong".

In section 13(1) the definition of “dependent territory" shall be omitted.
