copier or other electronic means of cummunication

with confirmation by letter despatched by the close

of business on the next following business day (in

which case, the effective notice shall be that sent

by cable, telex, facsimile copier or other

electronic means: not the confirmatory letter).

The words "in writing" wherever contained in this

Licence shall be deemed to include any communication

sent by any of such means.

Communications which are sent or despatched as set

forth in condition 12.1 above will be deemed to be

received by the addressee:-

in the case of communication by post, [five]

business days after despatch,

business day after despatch,

in the case of communication by telex,

facsimile copier or other electronic means of

communication, if the communication was sent

during the business hours of the addressee then

on the day of transmission;
