The Licensee shall not, without the prior
written consent of the Governor, transfer
mortgage charge or otherwise in any way dispose
of all or part of the legal or beneficial
ownership of the Satellite.
The Licensee shall under Condition 6.8.1 and
Condition 6.8.2 above, provide such information
as the Licensee may have in its possession
ownership or control and as the Governor may
reasonably require to enable the Governor to
determine whether or not the proposed
transferee will require a licence under the
Act.
Indemnity
Without prejudice to the provisions of the Act, the
Licensee shall compensate Her Majesty's Government in the
United Kingdom in full for any loss or expense incurred
by or arising to Her Majesty's Government as a result of
any breach by the Licensee of the terms and conditions of
this Licence, or any negligence on its part in the
conduct of the Licensed Activities.
Insurance
The Licensee shall insure and continue to insure
itself against such liabilities that may arise in
