CONDITIONS

Period of Licence

A period commencing with the launch of the Satellite

until revocation by the Governor under the Act or

until termination by the Licensee by not less than

six months notice in writing subject to the

provisions of Condition 4.

The Governor shall be entitled to terminate this

Licence on [

] 1990 in the event

that the launch of the Satellite has not taken place

before that date.]

Activities licensed

Procuring the launch of the Satellite.

Operation of the Satellite.

Such activities in outer space in relation to the

Satellite as are necessary or expedient to carry on

the Licensee's activities as a provider of fixed

telecommunications satellite services.

Any other activities in outer space in relation to

the Satellite which have been specifically

authorised by the Governor in writing.
