The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 15(6) of the Outer Space Act 1986(a), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Outer Space Act 1986 (Hong Kong) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 14th March 1990.

2. In this Order "the Act" means the Outer Space Act 1986.

3.—(1) The Act shall extend to Hong Kong subject to the exceptions and modifica- tions specified in the Schedule to this Order.

(2) For the purposes of construing the Act as so extended as part of the law of Hong Kong any reference to the Act is a reference to the Act as it has effect in Hong Kong.
