writing that the Licensed Activities have been

terminated and the Satellite disposed of or

otherwise dealt with to the satisfaction of the

Governor signified in writing, and

any such termination shall be without prejudice

to any rights that may have arisen pursuant to

the provisions of this Licence before the

termination.

Confidentiality

All documents, records, plans, maps and information

supplied by the Licensee to the Governor, or

otherwise obtained by the Governor relating to the

activities of the Licensee shall not be disclosed to

a person not in the employ or service of the Hong

Kong Government or otherwise charged in any way with

the performance of the Governor's powers and duties

under the Act except: -

in connection with the discharge of the

Governor's duties under the Act, or

as required to enable Her Majesty's Government

in the United Kingdom to comply with and to

discharge the United Kingdom's international

obligations, or
