7.1 Spurious Outputs Not In The 3.67 GHz to 4.23 GÜz Band
The total
sum of all other spurious rms power resulting from the signals or broadband noise not in the frequency band 3670 MHz to 4230 MHz, excluding harmonics of the normal output signals, measured at each of the two in any 4 KHz. Output power due to output ports shall not exceed -60 dBW harmonics of the normal output signals in the frequency bands of 7.4 GHz to 8.2 GHz, 11.0 GHz to 12.6 GHz measured at each of the two output ports shall not exceed -52 dBW, -61dBW, respectively.
7.2 Susceptibility to the 11.7 GHz to 14.5 GHz Signals
The communication, telemetry and command subsystems performance shall not be degraded when the satellite is illuminated with signals in the 11.7 GHz to 14.5 GHz band, whose flux density shall range up to -60 dBW/m2.
