High Power Amplifier Subsystem (HPA)

Remote Tuning
The HPA'S shall be equipped with a remote tuning mechanism which enables the OCC operator to retune the HPA to either command uplink. The capability shall also be provided to tune to all 24 transponders using a combination of both HPA's.
Power Level
The output power level should be stable within 0.5 dB/24 hours and shall be adjustable by
by the Earth Station operator over a range of 20 dB minimum.
