1. I attach a record of this meeting and would be grateful for your agreement that this is an accurate representation of the proceedings.

There is one further point regarding HMOCS which I would like to make clear. This is that HMOCS officers are

essentially expatriate officers predominantly from the United Kingdom. As I recall, this was not stated during our

meeting, but it is, nevertheless, a relevant point. Apologies if you were already aware of this.
