A BILL

To

Make provision as regards the pensions of certain officers

transferred from service under the Government to the service of

the Vocational Training Council.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title and commencement

This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Special

Provisions) (Vocational Training Council) Ordinance 1990 and shall be

deemed to have come into operation on

Interpretation

In this Ordinance "the Council" means the Vocational Training

Council.
