memorandum, asked that another Information Note should

submitted illustrating, in the form of a graph, the

exchange rate between sterling and the Hong Kong

dollar over the past 20 years.

Reference should be

made to the average exchange rate in recent years.

The Council re-affirmed its support for the

approach currently adopted by the Administration.
