MP'S LETTER: HMOCS MATTERS

1. I attach a copy of a letter from Merlyn Rees MP

enclosing one from the AECS. We need to submit a Secretary

of State reply by 11 September.

I should accordingly be grateful for comments on the

attached draft submission and reply by close of play on

Monday 10 September. I have tried to make the SPOS

arrangements intelligible but would welcome any suggestions as to how to improve the passages!
