I have just received a number of letters handed over to the Secretary of State's party while he was in Hong Kong. These deal with various HMOCS pensions and other matters. I attach copies. If you agree, I suggest that we might make up a series of modules to reply to various aspects raised in the letters and use these in future. We already have some, but we may need to dream up some others. No doubt such letters will become more volumenous
