STATISTICS ON HONG KONG CIVIL SERVICE

I wonder whether you would be kind enough to ask someone to provide us with some detailed statistics on the civil service. The things I have in mind are:

up to date staff list (ours is a 1988 edition);

breakdown of civil servant numbers by educational qualification;

breakdown of civil servants by department;

and any others you can think of.
