(b) Non-pensionable education allowances to overseas officers f maximum of 4 children between the ages of 9 and 19 under-gc full-time secondary education in a boarding school (or in exceptio cases a day school) in the officer's country of origin as declared accepted by Government for leave and passage purposes, allowances will be at whatever rates provided under the B.S.S. fr time to time.
