A zoning system operates for all SF junior schools and children are normally expected to attend the school serving their residential area. If on first arrival parents are accommodated in a hotel, their children will be expected to attend the school appropriate to the zone for the hotel. obtaining a permanent place of residence parents will normally be required, if places are available, to transfer their children to their zoned school. I places are not available, referrals to a school in another zone will be made.
