Dear Sir.

I am pleased to offer you transfer to the permanent and pensionable establishment of the Hong Kong Government with effect from 3rd August 1976 under Publie Office Rules.

It has been agreed that you will rejoin the Vetropolitan Police on 2nd August 1976 and retire voluntarily at mid-night of 2nd August 1976 with pay up to the same time.

You are required to contribute to the Hong Kong Widows and Crylanom Pension Scheme at the rate of 4% of your salary (or at the fland rate of $125 if you so elaot. within 3 months from the date of your trummfur).
