I refer to the Embassy's Note No 410-6-D/616 of 28 August 1990 and have the honour to state that Señor Luis Alberto Altuve-Lopez has been recognised as Consul-General of Venezuela in Hong Kong.
Señor Altuve-Lopez's Commission of Appointment is returned herewith.
