The Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt presents ts compli- ments to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Protocol Department, and has the honour to inform them that the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt has appointed Minister Plenipotentiary Farouk Helmy Ali Helmy as Consul General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Hong Kong, in succession to Mr. Nabil Saleh.
