The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone presents its compliments to the British High Commission and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone proposes to establish an Honorary Consulate in Hong Kong and to appoint Mr. John Ying-Bun Wu as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Sierra Leone in Hong Kong. The curriculur vitae of Mr. Wu was forwarded under cover of this ministry's Note No. 3079/
The 128/3 of 2nd July, 1990 which is now being withdrawn. Ministry would be grateful for a return of the Note under
reference.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone would be extremely grateful if the High Commission would use its good offices to obtain, in the earliest possible time, the Agrement for the establishment of the Consulate in Hong Kong as well as for the appoint- ment of Mr. John Ying-Bun Wu as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Sierra Leone in Hong Kong.
In anticipation of an early reply, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the British High Commission the assurances of its highest consideration.
