The Turkish Embassy present their compliments to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and with
reference to their Note dated 28th June 1990,
No. TXT 400/318/1 have the honour to inform them
that the Turkish Government decided to appoint
Mr. Ömer ŞAHİNKAYA as Consul General of Turkey
to Hong Kong.
Curriculum Vitae of Mr. Şahinkaya is enclosed
herewith.
Mr. Şahinkaya is expected to assume his
duties in Hong Kong by the end of October 1990.
The Commission of Appointment for Mr. Şahinkaya
will be presented upon receipt from the Turkish
authorities.
The Turkish Embassy avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Foreign and Commonwealth
