The Embassy of the Republic of Venezuela presents its compliments to the Protocol Department of the Foreign and

N° 410-6-D/ 744 dated 28th September, regarding the appointment
of Mr. Luis Altuve-Lopez as Consul General of Venezuela in Hong
Kong.

Organization of American States in 1984, Consul General in
Lima, Peru in 1985, Consul General in Medellin, Colombia in 1987 and Internal Service of the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Relations of Venezuela in Caracas in 1988.
