The Embassy of the Republic of Panamá presents

its compliments to the Protocol Department of the Foreign

and Commonwealth Office and has the honour to inform them

of the appointment of MR. ANDRES GUILLEN, as Vice Consul

of Panamá in Hong Kong.

Mr. Guillen will be incharge of the Consulate

General of Panamá in Hong Kong until the arrival of the

new Consul General.

The Embassy of the Republic of Panama will

forward to the Protocol Department of the Foreign and

Commonwealth Office Mr. Guillen's Exequatur as

its received from Panamá.

The Embassy of the Republic of Panamá avails

itself of this opportunity to renew to the Protocol

Department the assurance of its highest consideration.
