Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs presents his compliments to the Ambassador of Japan and, with
reference to the Embassy's Note No FCO/P/31/90 of 28 February 1990,
has the honour to transmit herewith The Queen's Exequatur bearing date
the 9 March 1990 empowering Mr Minoru Kubota to act as Consul-General
in Hong Kong.
Mr Kubota's Commission of Appointment is returned herewith.
The Secretary of State avails himself of this opportunity to express to
the Ambassador the assurance of his highest consideration.
