The Royal Thai Consulate-General presents its

compliments to the Government Secretariat (Protocol

Division) and has the honour to inform the latter that:-

1. Mr. Apichit Asatthawasi, Consul, left Hong

Kong on 10 December 1989 upon completion of his tour duty;

2. Mr. Arthit Charoensuk has arrived in Hong

Kong on 28 January 1990 to take up his duty as Deputy

Consul-General.
