OF THE UNION OF MYANMAR

TO ALL AND SINGULAR TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:

Whereas I have thought it necessary for the encouragement of the citizens of the Union of Myanmar trading to Hong Kong to appoint a Consul-General for Hong Kong to reside at Hong Kong to take care of the affairs of the said citizens of the Union of Myanmar and to aid and assist them in all their lawful and mercantile concerns: Now Know Ye that I reposing special trust and confidence in the discretion and faithfulness of U Nyunt Tin, have nominated, constituted and appointed, as I do by these Presents nominate, constitute and appoint him the said U Nyunt Tin to be Our Consul-General for Hong Kong to reside at Hong Kong. Hereby giving and granting unto him in that character all power and authority by all lawful means to aid and protect the merchants and other citizens of the Union of Myanmar, who, may trade with, or visit or reside in Hong Kong to have and hold the said Office, with all the rights, privileges and immunities thereunto. appertaining. And I do hereby strictly enjoin and require all citizens of the Union of Myanmar to take due notice of this My Commission and yield obedience thereto.
