3 January 1990 and have the honour to state that Mr Yuk-Yee Wong has been recognised as Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman in Hong Kong.
The Queen's Exequatur can be issued, if required, upon receipt of a Head of State Commission of Appointment.
