Annex E

I suggest the word "binding" in line 4 be omitted. This is slightly inconsistent with the statement in the third sentence that the Protocols are binding only on those states which choose to ratify them. In the last sentence I assume the reference to "the Protocol" is to the UN optional Protocol. But what about the ECHR Protocol? I assume the UK has not acceded to this Protocol either for the reasons stated in the preceding sentence.
