Mr Garel-Jones has seen a copy of your submission of 23 July and Mr Beamish's subsequent minute of 24 July. He has commented that the sooner we can remove the possibility of being confronted with matters like this the better. does not think that business managers would welcome this issue being brought to the fore so near a General Election. He considers they would fight not to have it included in the Criminal Justice Bill and that they would succeed.
