VISAS FOR BELIZE

We spoke on 26 March.

I enclose specimens of the new stick-in visas brought into effect from 1 January 1990. The Belizean Honorary Consul in Hong Kong has now been authorised to issue in Hong Kong and Immigration Hong Kong have ceased issuing visas on behalf of Belize.

2. It is not apparent from the exchange of correspondence whether all Belizean missions overseas will be issuing stick-in visas or whether the stick-ins are for use by those Honorary Consuls who have now been authorised to issue. I shall advise you when and if we receive clarification on this point.
