If the above proposals are acceptable to the Government

of the German Democratic Republic, the Embassy have the

honour to suggest that the present Note and the

Ministry's reply shall constitute an Agreement concerning

the Abolition of Visas between the two Governments which

shall enter into force on the date of the Ministry's Note

in reply or 8 June 1990 whichever is the later date

The Embassy avail themselves of this opportunity to renew

to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the assurances of

their highest consideration.
