FORMAT
The paper should be
typed or word processed in single space typescript;
on white A4 paper, with wide margins (about 3cm) at the top, bottom and left side of each page
on one side of the page only, using black letter-quality typescript.
DESPATCH
In despatching the paper, please:

send us the top copy (not a carbon copy or photocopy);
do not fold it;
ensure it reaches us not later than 1 June 1990.
